All customers will be contacted by the courier before delivery is attempted. Drivers cannot wait at property’s for more than 15 minutes. If extra labour is required on the day to relocate items to a safer place as they have many deliveries during their working day and these vehicles are all on a Tachograph meaning time is crucial to their day. Transport managers plan all pallet delivery’s the day before all the drivers can not exceed their working hours. Any information regarding delivery access please write this on your web order notes.
